Delivery Timeframes

Address Accuracy

Well Read Wonders is not responsible for delays, losses or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Damaged Parcels

Billing & Payments

Cut-Off Dates

Each subscription cycle has a cut-off date. Changes made after this date (including preference updates, skips or cancellations) may apply to the following cycle.

Once a box has entered preparation or packing, it cannot be changed or cancelled for that cycle.

Skips, Pauses & Cancellations

You may:

  • Skip a delivery

  • Pause your subscription

  • Cancel your subscription

These changes must be made before the applicable cut-off date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not affect boxes already in preparation.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment cannot be successfully processed, your subscription may be paused until payment details are updated.

Refunds for Subscription Boxes

Because subscription boxes are personalised, charges for a billing cycle are non-refundable once the box has entered preparation, except where required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, if an item is faulty or not as described).
